Hello, I’m Joy.

I’m a Solutions Engineering Manager at Personio in Munich. I lead public sector solutions engineering across Germany, and solutions consulting for existing business customers across Europe.

I trained as an electrical engineer, earned an MBA, and began my career building enterprise solutions at Infosys. Ten years in enterprise SaaS pre-sales followed, at Freshworks and now Personio.

My work sits where GTM, Product and Engineering meet. I design solutions around a customer’s systems and processes, and show the value they create.

I stay close to the technology. Right now I’m focused on how pre-sales evolves with AI and automation: solving customer problems better, enabling teams faster and creating value at scale.
